Any of the following actions will result in the removal of your website from our Top 100 program.

Websites in violation are documented and removed without notification!

Any website running their code on another website is viewed as cheating the system. Your code should only be placed on the domain url which is identified by your ID number. This is the domain you registered when signing up for the Top 100.

You cannot run your code on a webpage that is not visible from your menu. Hidden pages which are not readily accessible or, need a password for viewing, are against the terms of this program.

Hiding your code or tracking icon within your webpage is also deemed invalid. Do not layer, resize, or mask the code in any way that may prevent an individual from viewing or clicking on the graphic. The actual icon produced is 88 x 31 pixels which should be the minimum size when found on your webpages.

Any means of rank inflation are prohibited. No automated clickers, ghosts, page refreshes, or manual intervention is allowed with the intention of artificially inflating your ranking on the board. If you think it might not be accepted then you would be further ahead to email us or just don't do it at all.

Coming back and changing your url on the board to a new location not within your domain is also considered terms for removal. When clicking on your listing the individual should be brought to the page described on the board. All sites that run short url services or hosted forums should use their destination page in their listing or, at minimum, be sure that the landing page is easily identified as that of the listed website.

Your site should be in good standings with Water and Woods or any of our domains. If there had been a complication or disagreement in the past, don't bother registering. We're not here to babysit or play games. This is a free opportunity to try and receive some targeted traffic which is why we run a very stringent list and remove all cheaters as quickly as possible. All sites need a manual approval before they appear on the board so simply registering will not get your site listed. If you have registered and not been approved it may be due to the fact that you have not sent a hit to the board. Likewise, if we are unable to find the ranking icon within your webpages, we will not approve your website. On that same note we will not spend hours looking for the code merely to approve a new member. Any current member will be automatically deleted if our system does not track at least 1 hit for 7 consecutive days.

If you have any questions we will field everything in the order it is received. If you feel another member may be cheating we urge you to report the member. All reports are kept confidential.

We reserve the right to remove any website from the Top 100 at our own discretion. These terms may be changed or re-written without notice.
