[Answers to some of our most frequently asked questions]If I see a template I like could I have something similar made?
Although we will not reproduce the graphical portion of a template, we will create a similar theme in terms of colors and and layout. Because we do not mass distribute original themes you can be assured that a custom built theme will be "one of a kind" to your website only. In the future we have design plans to create general themes that will be distributed publicly.Can you make me "just" a set of buttons for my website?
We can create anything from a simple button to full blown magazine ads. Our webdesign services have been created for the consumer to tailor their own needs whether it is a large or small project. All pricing for custom work will be rendered per hourly rate. For more information on rates please use the contact page to request pricing.What do you mean by "excessive" design?
Some of our products have a set rate or flat fee for the overall piece of work. At times we find that clients can be indecisive asking for many changes. In this respect we would notify the client that the project is running into excessive creation times alloted for each design. The project may then accrue additonal hourly charges. Some points to contemplate before requesting work:Do you have a specific hexidecimal color already planned for your project.
What fonts would you like to use.
What size would you like the graphic to appear as in a finished product.
Do you have some of your own graphics to embed into the project.
All these attributes will speed up the creation time and help assure that your project will not run into excessive design times.How difficult is it to re-create your templates on my website?
Our templates come with a readme file written in very basic language with easy to follow directions. When speaking in terms of actual time we approximate roughly 1 hour to bring your work to life on your own website. From there it's nothing more than adding content to each page.Do you offer any other services?
We offer our services at an hourly rate for all other work such as website management, consultations, placement of templates on your website, and keyword/meta tag creation. All contacts are logged once you have hired our services in order to tally the length of each clients session. If we are working with you through email, phone, or any other form of communications, that time is included in the billing. This only begins "after" you have agreed to hire our services.How long does it take to create my custom template?
Our pecking order is the first consideration. We work with clients on a "first come first served" basis. Providing that we have open time available you can generally expect a preview within 24 hours. We will notify you of estimated project completion time before beginning any work but as always, it will depend on the clients needs. Proposals with a large amount of creative design and layout will obviously take more time than those looking for a much simpler end product.How do I pay for the work?
Our billing is run through PayPal and money orders. We are not accepting any personal checks at the moment due to the high volume of over-charges and paybacks. If you "do not" have a PayPal account it's very easy, and free, to set one up in very little time. In that respect we would send a "request for money" to your paypal account. The request would also outline the service involved which serves as your invoice and can be printed for your own financial records. You can send money from your own payapal account or by use of a credit card.
All money order payments will take longer to process and work will begin once your money order has cleared. Mailing address can be seen on our contact page and will also be included in your quote upon initial contact for services.Do you offer advertising within your webdesign area?
We will not be offering advertising here immediately but that option may be reviewed further in the future.
